The elections of the executive officers of Staff Association are scheduled later this month. As Robin is retiring and one or two may be too busy to re-run for office, we are really short of hands. Would anyone be interested?  We need die-hard who can fight for the rights of CityU staff.  It is so easy to say “Yes”; hence we need colleagues who are brave enough to say “No.”  If you have such qualities, consider yourself recruited.  Please approach me ASAP.  We need your help!  Nomination period ends on June 3.

Three commonalities in management style between Foxkon and Citiyou:
1.  Employees are not treated as human beings they are instruments for achieving management’s prerogatives.
2.  As employees are only bolts and parts, they do not have the right to speak even they speak management can ignore.
3.  Both presidents are Taiwanese.
